1. The Service

GreeksView ("the Service", operated by [COMPANY NAME], "we", "us") is a browser-based analytics and order-entry interface for listed equity options. The Service connects to third-party brokerage and market-data APIs (including Alpaca Markets and Finnhub) using credentials that you supply. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange, and we do not custody funds or securities.

2. No Investment Advice

All content, analytics (including gamma exposure, implied-volatility, and probability calculations), and AI-generated output are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Your Credentials & Accounts

Your brokerage and data-provider API keys are stored locally in your browser and transmitted only to the respective provider (relayed through our servers solely to satisfy browser CORS restrictions; keys are never logged or persisted by us).
Orders placed through the Service execute in your own brokerage account under your agreement with that broker. You are responsible for reviewing every order before submission, including paper-vs-live environment selection.
You must be 18 or older and comply with your broker's eligibility requirements.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans ("Pro") are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering of paid gating mechanisms or sharing of your account.
No use of the Service in violation of securities laws, exchange rules, or your broker's terms.
No automated abuse of the API proxy or sync endpoints beyond reasonable personal use.

6. Data & Availability

Market data and analytics may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
