GreeksView ("the Service", operated by Fathomline Analytics LLC, "we", "us") is a browser-based analytics and order-entry interface for listed equity options. The Service connects to third-party brokerage and market-data APIs (including Alpaca Markets and Finnhub) using credentials that you supply. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange, and we do not custody funds or securities.
All content, analytics (including gamma exposure, implied-volatility, and probability calculations), and AI-generated output are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Paid plans ("Pro") are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Market data and analytics may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any calculation, price, Greek, gamma-exposure figure, probability, screen, alert, or AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying any figure before acting on it. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated here.
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial investment. You accept full responsibility for every order you place and for all resulting gains and losses. Orders are executed in your own brokerage account, under your own agreement with your broker, using credentials you supply.
You acknowledge that a delayed quote, a stale or incorrect analytic, an interrupted connection, an unavailable Service, or an error in the Service may cause or contribute to a trading loss, and that you bear that risk in full. Do not use the Service as your sole basis for any trading decision, and confirm every order in your broker's own interface.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fathomline Analytics LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses of any kind, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost opportunity, missed or delayed execution, margin calls, assignment, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to the Service, your use of or inability to use it, any reliance on its output, or any act or omission of a third-party broker or data provider, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50). Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and cancel your subscription.
These limitations apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, and are a fundamental basis of the bargain between us: we could not offer the Service at this price without them.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such law applies, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the fullest extent that law permits.
The Service — including its source code, interface, layout, visual design, graphics, text, analytics models and formulas, calculation methods, screening logic, database schemas, documentation, and the GreeksView name and logo — is and remains the sole and exclusive property of Fathomline Analytics LLC and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated in these terms.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own individual trading and analysis. That is the entire licence granted.
You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:
Analytics and output generated for you may be used for your own trading and record-keeping. They may not be redistributed, published, or offered to others, whether free or for a fee.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation or attribution. We welcome them and would rather not have to negotiate for the right to act on them.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fathomline Analytics LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or of any third party's rights, or your misuse of any credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting contact@greeksview.com.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Kansas, and each of us consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, or guarantees protections that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing in this section removes those rights.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder stays in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Options Risk Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior understanding. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
